人事オペレーション&ソリューションアナリスト/ HR Operations & Solutions Analyst

A large international investment management firm is looking for an HR Operations & Solutions Analyst. The selected candidate will support HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, HR systems, reporting, and regional/global HR projects. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for HR-related queries from employees, managers, and HR teams
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, tools, and local HR matters
• Manage employee lifecycle activities from offer stage through offboarding
• Handle HR documents, employee records, leave tracking, and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate HR data while ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and data privacy
• Support HR reporting, process improvements, and regional or global HR projects

Requirements:

• Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR generalist support
• Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and data handling
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong HR systems skills
• Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with employee lifecycle processes
• Prior experience with Workday
