TAアシスタント/ TA Assistant

A renowned luxury goods company is looking for a TA Assistant. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for the retail division in Japan, supporting talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the retail division in Japan, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with the HR Director to develop and implement effective hiring strategies and identify top talent
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent networks to support current and future hiring needs
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and HR administration
• Lead employer branding and engagement initiatives through job fairs, campus recruitment, office events, and HR projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities
• Ability to act autonomously with an organised, detail-oriented work style
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese
