タレントアクイジションスペシャリスト/ Talent Acquisition Specialist

A global e-commerce company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience during a period of continued expansion. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer coordination
• Conduct candidate screening and interview management across multiple roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through inbound and outbound sourcing strategies
• Utilise creative multi-channel sourcing approaches to attract top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Use recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to optimise hiring strategies and processes

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience in recruitment in Japan
• Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies to attract and close passive candidates
• Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and strategic sourcing tools
• Hands-on experience conducting candidate phone screenings
• Experience analysing recruitment metrics and adapting hiring strategies
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Near native level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in recruitment across other APAC regions
• Experience in dynamic and growth-oriented organisations
