人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

A global industrial technology company is looking for an HR Manager. The successful candidate will lead People & Culture initiatives, drive talent and leadership development, manage HR operations, and support business strategy through effective HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage People & Culture activities in line with business and HR strategy
• Provide HR guidance and support to management
• Drive talent management, learning, and leadership development initiatives
• Coordinate performance and competency development review processes
• Improve HR systems, processes, and ways of working
• Lead projects in talent acquisition, employer branding, social media, diversity and inclusion, leadership, process optimisation, and digitalisation
• Manage HR reporting and personnel administration in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Coordinate the rollout of global HR projects and participate in assigned HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
• Experience in an HR Manager position
• Leadership experience across HR business partnering, HR development, HR systems, HR administration, and payroll management
• Knowledge of Japanese labour and social legislation
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities
• Business level Japanese and English
