人事スペシャリスト/ HR Specialist

A global video game services company is looking for an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will manage compensation and benefits processes, HR operations, employee records, and talent management initiatives. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, attendance, and employee wellness programs
• Support salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation policy implementation
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, internal documentation, and leave processes
• Prepare HR reports, support audits, and manage statutory government submissions
• Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, development, and learning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations while monitoring HR trends and best practices

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in HR (Compensation & Benefits or a generalist role)
• Experience in payroll, timekeeping, and HR operations
• Prior experience in data collection, reporting, and analysis
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR systems/databases (Workday)
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level reading and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a multinational or global organisation
