人事マネージャー/ HR Manager
An international luxury company is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, compliance, recruitment, payroll, training, and employee communications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Prepare HR budgeting, personnel data, and cost reports
- Coordinate with HR teams and provide required reports
- Support the General Manager on HR-related legal matters
- Ensure compliance with labor law, contracts, and social insurance regulations
- Manage payroll, attendance, recruitment, salary offers, training, and internal communications
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience (hospitality industry is ideal)
- Knowledge of Labor Law and other laws related to employment
- Familiarity with HR administration, social insurance, and social security matters
- Fluent level English; business level Japanese
