人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

A global consumer goods company is seeking an HR Manager. The selected candidate will lead HR operations, support business performance through strategic HR initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of tactical HR support aligned with regional and global HR strategy
• Support HR Director in identifying and executing initiatives across the HR value chain including select, manage, develop, grow and reward
• Partner with functional teams and managers to drive high performance and business outcomes
• Provide professional operational HR services to managers and employees
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to influence organisational effectiveness
• Understand business needs beyond HR and contribute to overall operational success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in HR generalist or business partner roles
• Experience working in a matrix environment and global organisation with senior stakeholders
• Experience executing HR strategies, philosophies, and tools at local level
• Experience working with external partners for recruitment and development
• Experience using HR Information Systems such as SAP HR, Smart Recruiters, Anaplan
• Experience managing employment relations cases and providing pragmatic solutions
• Ability to analyse HR and business data to recommend initiatives supporting growth
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
