人事ビジネスパートナー/ HRBP
A global technology company is looking for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will align HR strategies with business priorities, drive organisational initiatives, support leaders and employees, and execute people strategies across a global organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities
- Translate global HR strategies into impactful local actions from design through execution
- Lead alignment sessions with business leaders to identify organisational challenges and workforce gaps
- Design and deliver HR interventions supporting organisational effectiveness and business growth
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams to deliver HR programmes
- Share strategic frameworks and mentor peers within the HRBP team
- Bridge local operational realities with global standards and ensure organisational alignment
- Take ownership of complex organisational challenges and implement sustainable solutions
- Manage employee relations and compliance matters with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or COE roles
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into HR strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated success in driving organisational change within complex and fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of local business culture
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience operating in a global technology company
- Exposure to organisational design, workforce planning, or leadership development
- Demonstrated readiness to take on broader HR leadership responsibilities and mentor peers
