ビジュアルマーチャンダイジングマネージャー/ Visual Merchandising Manager

A renowned consumer appliances company is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager with a BTL and retail marketing focus. The selected candidate will lead VMD strategy, POS execution, brand communication, and retail campaigns to strengthen in-store presence and drive consumer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead VMD execution and POS material development across nationwide electronics retailers
• Strengthen brand messaging across retail touchpoints to improve consumer engagement
• Ensure all VMD and retail materials follow global VI/CI brand guidelines
• Drive seasonal campaigns and manage creative development from planning to execution
• Manage external BTL agencies to improve creative quality and execution standards
• Track KPIs, analyse in-store performance, manage inventory and budget, and share insights with stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of retail marketing experience
• Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives on the brand side
• Prior experience in POS development, localisation of global assets, and consumer campaign execution
• Proven experience in copywriting, proofreading, and color proofing
• Previous experience working with influencing global headquarters
• Background in creating/editing artwork or providing technical feedback to agencies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for data analysis, budget tracking, and presentation deck creation
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in AI-generated artwork creation to enhance creative workflows and marketing efficiency
• Proficient in Canva
