A multinational automotive company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Executive Communications. The selected candidate will support executive communications by planning and delivering messaging, drafting speeches and social media content, coordinating events, and ensuring high-quality communications materials.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and support communications for the CEO and other executive officers
• Provide on-site support and coordination for domestic and international events
• Draft speeches, executive messages, and social media posts
• Review and ensure the quality of English-language press releases and other communications materials
• Provide advice and feedback to executives during event preparation and communications development
• Design communications that accurately reflect executive intent and management priorities as part of a CEO-direct reporting team

Requirements:

• Knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and provide clear, structured advice
• Ability to deliver consistently high-quality outputs under rigorous standards
• Professionalism and composure in high-pressure environments
• Native level Japanese and English
