対外広報・SNSマネージャー/ External Communication & Social Media Manager

An international food manufacturer is looking for an External Communication & Social Media Manager. The selected candidate will lead corporate communications, social media strategy, reputation management, and purpose-driven brand initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop external communication plans to strengthen corporate and employer branding
• Support brand PR initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams
• Manage social media risks, crisis communications, recalls, and reputation issues
• Lead corporate social media initiatives with HR and cross-functional teams
• Drive purpose-led programs and sponsorship initiatives to maximise brand impact
• Improve team productivity through stakeholder communication, process improvement, and change initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 8 years of experience in external communication, brand building, social media management, and crisis communication
• Background in planning and executing external communication programs
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English
