运营卓越业务合作伙伴/ Operational Excellence Business Partner

A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for an Operational Excellence Business Partner. The selected candidate will advance site-wide Lean initiatives, lead improvement projects, and strengthen operational performance across manufacturing, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the manufacturing site's continuous improvement agenda
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and asset utilisation
• Coach site leaders and project managers on Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence practices
• Provide technical guidance and training on continuous improvement methodologies and internal standards
• Coordinate governance, planning, and operational alignment with site stakeholders and global teams
• Track improvement initiatives, communicate progress, recognise achievements, and escalate critical issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, finance, business administration, or science
• More than 5 years of experience in the industry
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement areas
• Prior experience in delivering results through OCM (Organisational Change Management)
• Business level Japanese and written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry
