需要計画マネージャー/ Demand Planning Manager

A global hearing care solutions company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager. The selected candidate will oversee forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain risk management, and procurement support. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead demand forecasting across all product categories using sales data, market trends, and commercial insights
• Manage the monthly S&OP cycle and align demand, inventory, and business requirements
• Monitor inventory availability and mitigate stock shortages, excess inventory, and product obsolescence
• Identify supply chain risks and communicate constraints, mitigation plans, and recovery actions
• Support indirect procurement, supplier management, contract administration, and cost optimisation
• Improve planning processes, master data accuracy, system capabilities, and supply chain best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes
• Prior experience in supply chain management, including logistics, international transportation
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, or other regulated industries
• Prior experience in supporting procurement or supplier management activities
