ロジスティクスコーディネーター/ Logistics Coordinator

A global medical device manufacturer is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The selected candidate will coordinate freight and 3PL operations, manage logistics partners, and ensure accurate, cost-effective deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer-specific logistics solutions with 3PL partners
• Arrange cargo transportation, negotiate spot rates, and control freight costs
• Manage freight traffic, shipment consolidation, and contingency arrangements
• Monitor carrier, supplier, and 3PL warehouse performance
• Ensure shipping documents and proof of delivery records are accurate and complete
• Handle logistics reports, invoices, claims, cost checks, and operational queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in (International) Business Management, Logistics
• Experience in inbound and outbound logistics particularly with regards to healthcare products
• Prior experience in freight administration/coordination
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level verbal and written Japanese
