ロジスティクススペシャリスト アシスタントマネージャー/ Logistics Specialist Asst. Manager

An international luxury fashion company is looking for a Logistics Specialist–Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will support end-to-end logistics operations, including warehouse and inventory management, import and customs processes, domestic distribution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily warehouse operations and inventory status
• Review operational performance and consolidate monthly data
• Support stocktaking, inventory adjustments, returns, and transfers
• Maintain and update warehouse management system master data
• Track inbound shipments and share schedules with internal stakeholders
• Review shipping documents and support customs clearance processes
• Coordinate with forwarders and customs brokers
• Handle urgent shipments
• Coordinate outbound shipments to stores and B2B partners
• Manage store supplies and replenishment orders
• Support e-commerce operations, including shipments, returns, and stock movements
• Handle price updates, labelling, and tagging requests
• Prepare receiving, inventory, and KPI reports
• Update and consolidate logistics data
• Review logistics-related invoices
• Liaise with the finance team
• Collaborate with MD, Retail, Finance, and HQ teams
• Support the resolution of day-to-day operational issues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Basic knowledge of import and warehouse processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; basic level English
