物流・部品コーディネーター/ Logistic & Parts Coordinator

A multinational energy technology company is looking for a Logistics & Parts Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage material planning, inventory control, logistics operations, SAP transactions, and transportation coordination to support efficient wind farm service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage material receipts, issues, and inventory records in SAP
• Maintain stock levels in line with Recommended Spare Parts Lists
• Analyse material consumption and coordinate material ordering during fault resolution
• Track and monitor shipments from suppliers through customs clearance and final delivery
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to wind farm warehouses and maintenance teams
• Manage faulty material returns and support repair processes
• Create and manage purchase orders and return purchase orders in SAP
• Support customs documentation, compliance activities, and transportation administration
• Review transportation charges, maintain shipment records, and prepare logistics reports
• Collaborate with regional logistics teams and support general administrative activities

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Experience in inventory management using SAP, preferably AGORA or S4HANA
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP modules
• Knowledge of wind farm operations
• Native level Japanese; Fluent level English
