サプライチェーンプロジェクトマネージャー/ Supply Chain Project Manager

An international food manufacturing company is looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead product and packaging change projects while improving supply chain processes and launch performance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product and packaging change projects across the business unit
• Coordinate with demand planning, R&D, sales, marketing, factories, and co-manufacturing teams
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, and mitigation plans for launch execution
• Manage local process workflows, technical code creation, and master data quality
• Oversee portfolio management, SKU prioritisation, and budget planning guidelines
• Drive process improvements, reporting tools, and launch performance optimisation

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in supply chain management or business or marketing management
• More than 5 years of experience in a supply chain or project management role
• Proficient in internal tools and ERP software (SAP)
• Fluent level English; business level Japanese
