オペレーションマネージャー/ Operations Manager

A multinational technology company is looking for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will support commercial sales operations by driving business planning, performance analysis, incentive programme execution, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, construct, and operate the Business Management System (BMS)
• Summarise and analyse annual, quarterly, and weekly business results
• Report issues and facilitate improvement initiatives
• Plan and execute Incentive and Commission (I&C) programmes
• Promote internal projects related to the corporate business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in numerical analysis, including data acquisition, organisation, and integration
• Experience in identifying and solving business issues
• Experience preparing management reports and presentations
• Project management experience
• Business level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Deep expertise in the IT industry
• Experience planning and executing business strategies
• Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve win-win outcomes
• Experience organising and standardising complex business processes
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data analysis and visualisation
• Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Mindset that actively embraces challenges in uncharted territory
