シニアアプリケーションエンジニア/ Senior Application Engineer

An international provider of power generation systems and solutions is looking for a Senior Application Engineer – Electrical. The selected candidate will support customers and consultants by designing electrical solutions, interpreting technical requirements, coordinating installations, and providing technical documentation and commissioning support.

Responsibilities:

• Select generator-set specifications based on customer requirements
• Design interface panels and related wiring
• Coordinate technical matters with internal teams and vendors
• Support installation and commissioning at customer sites
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and related documentation
• Build customer relationships
• Interpret customer and tender requirements
• Recognise regulatory requirements
• Recommend applicable systems and solutions
• Define equipment scope of supply
• Communicate system installation requirements
• Provide and review system installation designs
• Provide technical documentation, testing, and commissioning support

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or extensive industry experience
• Engineering background with project execution experience
• Communication skills with the ability to advise customers and build relationships
• Fluent level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in diesel engine power generator sets, power electronics, heavy electrical equipment, or similar electric power distribution installation design
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Basic 2D AutoCAD skills for electrical schematic layout
• Basic level written and reading English
