OEM向けクーリングファン開発 電気エンジニア/ Electrical Engineer

An international automotive technology company is seeking an Electrical Engineer – OEM Cooling Fan Development. The selected candidate will contribute to thermal management technology development through circuit design, EMC support, brushless motor development, and collaboration with automotive OEM customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and evaluate electric cooling fan systems
• Support EMC design and testing activities
• Conduct technical discussions and coordinate with automotive OEMs
• Manage and promote internal and external development projects
• Study and develop brushless motors and related control technologies
• Propose improvements within the thermal management field

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Experience with CAD operation, structural analysis, and simulation
• Proactive approach with an understanding of OEM development speed and quality requirements
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Practical experience in EMC and circuit design
• Development experience with brushless motors
• Development experience related to electric fans or thermal management products
