リードコントローラーシップアナリスト/ Lead Controllership Analyst

An international healthcare technology company is looking for a Lead Controllership Analyst PDx. The selected candidate will support financial reporting, ensure accounting compliance, strengthen internal controls, provide technical accounting guidance, and drive finance transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with Finance and Operational teams to support business and finance priorities
• Provide technical accounting guidance on financial and operational matters
• Prepare, analyse, consolidate, and report financial statements and disclosures in compliance with US GAAP and JGAAP
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal and SOX controls
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Monitor developments in US GAAP and local GAAP and support policy implementation
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and communicate findings to key stakeholders
• Review account reconciliations for designated accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Experience in finance and financial reporting
• Experience working in a multinational and matrix organisation
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience leading programmes or projects
• Ability to document, plan, promote, and execute programmes
• Established project management skills
