会計士/ Accountant

An international industrial technology company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will provide finance support, maintain financial records, assist with financial reporting and closing activities, and support effective financial controls and business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset, and general ledger entries
• Substantiate financial transactions with supporting documentation
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Review and process employee expense claims and prepare payments by verifying supporting documentation
• Assist in preparing financial reports for internal purposes, tax filings, and audits
• Contribute to the finance team by supporting related accounting activities
• Support the general administration of the site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• More than 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Knowledge of Japanese accounting principles, laws, regulations, and relevant accounting legislation
• Fluent level Japanese; basic level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in multinational companies
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with SAP
