セトルメント＆システムスペシャリスト/ Settlement & System Specialist

A multinational live entertainment company is looking for a Settlement & System Specialist. The selected candidate will manage reporting cycles, oversee settlement processes, maintain system accuracy, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting and business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting cycles
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Prepare monthly close journals
• Review monthly management accounts and reporting
• Review client settlements and operational payments
• Program settlement systems with relevant parameters
• Prepare and review rebate and royalty calculations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
• Support SOX and external audits
• Implement new reporting standards and systems
• Drive the development of internal reporting systems
• Analyse client profitability and support strategic business goals
• Collaborate with leadership teams on financial and operational initiatives
• Maintain accuracy of settlement parameters across covered markets
• Support process improvements and reporting innovation

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a multi-divisional and international company
• Knowledge of management reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting
• Good understanding of system interdependencies
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all management levels
• Fluent level Japanese and English
