商業金融マネージャー/ Commercial Finance Manager

A multinational medical device manufacturer is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. The selected candidate will partner with commercial leaders to drive revenue performance, financial planning, ROI analysis, and operational efficiency. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with commercial leaders to support revenue, profitability, and target achievement
• Analyse sales performance by product, channel, customer, geography, hospital, and sell-in/sell-out trends
• Develop KPIs and monitor actual performance against budget, forecast, and targets
• Lead business improvement projects to enhance operational and financial efficiency
• Evaluate ROI for sales and marketing activities, events, initiatives, and investment cases
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, demand planning, and sales teams on strategic plans, forecasts, inventory, and Opex control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or related domain (Master’s degree is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in FPA
• More than 3 years of experience in people management
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Understanding of Finance and Accounting (CPA, CMA, MBA is preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Business level Japanese and English
