ロジスティクススペシャリスト/ Logistics Specialist

A global apparel company is looking for a Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee warehouse operations, transportation, inventory accuracy, and logistics improvement initiatives across retail and online channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage work instructions and daily operations for outsourced warehouses
• Coordinate logistics for physical stores, online stores, wholesalers, and returns
• Support business improvement projects, including RFID, sustainability, and SAP-related initiatives
• Plan and analyse inventory counts to improve stock accuracy and warehouse processes
• Process procurement and expense applications through internal systems
• Arrange shipment planning and warehouse instructions for family sales events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in domestic logistics
• Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and commercial flow is important
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in reading, written, and spoken English a plus

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the logistics industry, trading company, or retail business
• Prior experience in the apparel industry
• Proven experience in retail business companies
• Background in handling core inventory management systems
