コンサルタント/ Consultant

A multinational professional services company is looking for a Consultant. The selected candidate will develop and execute strategies for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, driving digital transformation and industry innovation through cross-functional and global collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the formulation of strategies and execution of initiatives to improve social and corporate value across the life sciences industry
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver transformation projects
• Develop and execute strategies for pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers using digital transformation
• Collaborate on multi-country projects for global clients
• Support the construction of platforms to prove the usefulness of drugs and services
• Develop AI models for cognitive status prediction and drug price prediction using machine learning
• Support the restructuring of supply chain management through process improvement for specialty drug manufacturing and personalised medicine
• Drive omnichannel initiatives, including digital MR solutions
• Contribute to reducing research and development timelines through AI drug discovery, real-world data, and real-world evidence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in the life sciences industry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with others
• Enthusiasm for industrial structural reform

Preferred requirements:

• Consulting experience
• Project management experience
• Practical experience in English
• Knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm related to technology and digital solutions
