セールスフォースエンジニア/ SalesForce Engineer

A multinational information technology company is looking for a Salesforce Engineer. The selected candidate will deploy and localise a proprietary intellectual property management system for customers in Japan, including configuration and customised development.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and implement the company’s proprietary management system for customers in Japan
• Analyse customer requirements and determine appropriate system solutions
• Configure and localise global product functions for the Japanese market
• Develop customised features based on customer needs
• Communicate directly with customers throughout implementation projects
• Collaborate with global teams and review English technical documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in developing or using Intellectual Property Management Systems
• Prior experience in Salesforce projects
• Proven experience in system development projects
• Proficient in Japanese (business level English is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in managing and operating development projects
• Prior experience delivering systems to customers
• Possess valid Salesforce Certified Administrator / Platform App Builder / PDI qualification
