ソフトウェアエンジニア/ Software Engineer

A renowned wireless communications provider is looking for a Software Engineer specialising in backend development. The selected candidate will develop AI-enabled internal systems, improve Salesforce-based operations, and drive automation projects from planning through production. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mobile communications systems using generative AI
• Manage AI initiatives from proof of concept through production operations
• Digitise existing processes and define scalable system architectures
• Improve Salesforce workflows, data models, and external system integrations
• Define requirements and coordinate project delivery with business teams
• Automate manual and Excel-based tasks while improving system maintainability

Requirements:

• Experience in application development, especially backend (any language or framework)
• Prior experience across the full cycle (requirements definition through design, implementation, and release)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with design, development, and operations in cloud environments such as AWS
• Prior experience developing business/operational systems for B2B or SaaS services
• Proven experience developing at a startup or during an in-house development (insourcing) phase
