技術製品マネージャー/ Technical Product Manager

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Technical Product Manager – AI Marketing Products. The selected candidate will lead product strategy, development, and execution of AI-powered marketing tools across global teams. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for AI marketing tools
• Translate market opportunities into actionable product requirements
• Lead technical architecture decisions and oversee AI model implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features
• Align AI capabilities with user experience and business outcomes
• Facilitate agile development processes tailored for AI/ML experimentation

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience managing AL/ML products in production environment
• Prior experience identifying and validating business opportunities in B2B/B2C markets
• Proven experience conducting user research and translating insights into product requirements
• Background with reinforcement learning-based products in production
• Prior background in software development practices, APIs, and system architecture
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
• Familiarity with marketing technology landscape and customer acquisition strategies
• Understanding of statistical analysis, model evaluation, and ML ops
• Skilled in data infrastructure, pipelines, and real-time processing systems
• Fluent level English; business level Japanese is ideal
