A renowned international software manufacturer is looking for an Application Specialist. The selected candidate will deliver technical support, conduct training, and support pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for software solutions
• Conduct customer training to optimise software usage in design and manufacturing workflows
• Perform tailored software demonstrations for potential clients
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to the development team
• Support business partners in software demos
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities and updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or a similar domain
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
