コンサルタント/ Consultant

A renowned business services firm is looking for a Consultant. The selected candidate will develop contact center solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and support Japanese-speaking clients through technical delivery. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain contact center applications, workflows, and cloud integrations
• Build and improve IVR flows, routing logic, and automation components
• Implement APIs, web services, and middleware for CRM, WFM, and enterprise systems
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality code
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver long-term technical fixes
• Collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients, global engineers, QA, and delivery teams

Requirements:

• Experience in contact center technologies (IVR, ACD, routing, CTI, or conversational AI)
• Prior experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and cloud-based integration patterns
• Skilled in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, Node.js)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Native level verbal and written Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX (Architect, APIs, integrations, routing strategies)
• Prior experience with conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Lex, Azure Bot Framework)
• Background in CCaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Cisco, Avaya)
• Knowledge with CRM systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Dynamics
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
