CRMビジネスマネージャー/ CRM Business Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Customer Relationship Management Business Manager. The selected candidate will oversee CRM strategy, platform development, system governance, and customer engagement initiatives across commercial and medical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the CRM strategy and roadmap with global and local stakeholders
• Maintain system stability, governance, and administration processes with IT teams and external vendors
• Analyse platform utilisation and customer feedback to improve performance and user experience
• Gather, assess, and prioritise requirements from Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and other business functions
• Coordinate global projects and implement enterprise solutions for the Japanese market
• Manage CRM enhancement projects, user training, technology assessments, and omnichannel best-practice sharing

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in managing and maintaining business systems for Japanese users and customers
• Experience as business administrator (or counterpart IT system administrator) to bridge business departments and IT team/ vendor
• Prior Data Steward / Data management experience
• Proven experience in IT agile methodologies and traditional waterfall approach
• Understanding of CRM systems (data management, functions)
• Knowledge of business processes of pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry
• Business level spoken and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in omnichannel and digital marketing at both strategic and execution level
• Prior B2C industry experience (consumer goods)
