エンタープライズソフトウェアエンジニア/ Enterprise Software Engineer

A renowned information technology company is looking for an Enterprise Software Engineer specialising in ERP solutions for the aerospace and defence sector. The selected candidate will implement enterprise software, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support customers throughout the project lifecycle. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and configure enterprise software solutions for aerospace and defence customers
• Analyse business processes and convert requirements into effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout software implementation projects
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Advise customer stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships
• Deliver high-quality projects while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in Enterprise ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, or similar)
• Prior experience in supply chain management platforms (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or similar)
• Proven experience in aAfter-sales/service management solutions (Syncron, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar)
• Background in working directly with customers in a consulting, implementation, or solution delivery environment
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working within or delivering solutions for the Aerospace & Defense industry
• Prior experience participating in enterprise digital transformation projects
