プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global software company is looking for a Project Manager/Senior Project Lead. The selected candidate will lead project planning and delivery, manage project scope, cost, quality and risks, and develop project teams while maximising client value.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute development, client delivery, deployment, implementation, and migration projects
• Understand customer requirements and manage delivery against customer expectations
• Execute project plans by managing resources, scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and track progress to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure quality and timely preparation of project documentation in line with company processes
• Define responsibilities, accountability, and authority across project team members
• Set direction, motivate team members, and promote customer-focused service delivery
• Support team members in developing performance plans and improving performance
• Identify development needs and support team members in taking on additional responsibilities
• Manage projects from initiation through release

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, Software Development Life Cycle, and project execution within a system development department
• Experience working with local Japanese companies, preferably in the credit card or shopping credit domain
• Experience executing application system development projects
• Experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle, including reviews, approvals, monitoring, tracking, scheduling, cost, and quality management
• Experience managing stakeholders including users, business users, customer IT teams, operations teams, and vendors
