プロダクトマネージャー/プロデューサー/ Product Manager/Producer

A leading technology company is looking for a Senior Product Manager/Producer. The selected candidate will translate business requirements into CRM products, coordinate development teams, manage the full development lifecycle, and ensure successful product launches. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and clarify business requirements and identify required BSS system functions and business process improvements
• Communicate requirements to development and testing teams and review system designs and test scenarios
• Coordinate with Customer Service teams to determine requirements and work closely with engineers to meet stakeholder needs
• Lead the development lifecycle from requirements definition through system operation and issue management
• Improve development processes through experience and innovative ideas

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in customer management systems
• More than 7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Development Manager
• Ability to review system designs and test scenarios
• Business level Japanese; conversational level English (TOEIC 600+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in customer management systems
• Experience as a Project Manager or Product Development Manager in customer management systems
• Business Analyst or Project Manager experience in large-scale development
• Experience in logical design of NoSQL databases
• Experience serving as the person in charge of functions integrating with external systems
• Development skills in any programming language
