プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global enterprise software and solutions company is looking for a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution within agreed timelines and budgets
• Manage project scope, risks, changes, communications, and stakeholders
• Serve as the main client contact throughout project delivery
• Coordinate consultants, developers, solution architects, and other internal teams
• Apply established deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and improve delivery processes

Requirements:

• Experience of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Proven project management experience (enterprise software or SaaS space is ideal)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level English; fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1)

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience with cloud deployments, change management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Possess valid PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification
