プロジェクトデリバリーディレクター/ Project Delivery Director

A global digital infrastructure company is looking for a Project Delivery Director. The selected candidate will lead large-scale data center development projects from planning to commissioning while managing budgets, teams, vendors, compliance, and customer delivery commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end campus development projects from concept through commissioning
• Oversee resource planning, project workflows, and third-party workforce coordination
• Drive construction decisions, resolve project issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Review QA/QC outputs and ensure compliance with design, code, fire, lease, and specification requirements
• Lead RFPs, budget approvals, forecasts, billing reviews, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, vendors, and contractors to support customer and facility requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar
• 7-10 years of experience in a management role (10-15 years is ideal)
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management
• Prior data center or mission-critical facility experience
• Knowledge of Japanese permitting, entitlement, and regulatory processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level Japanese and English
