技術プロジェクトマネージャー/ Technical Project Manager

A leading technology solutions company is looking for a Technical Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional project teams, oversee project delivery, manage technical solutions, and ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop project teams to maximise performance, providing direction and motivation
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including technical professionals
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to determine suitable technical solutions
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scheduling, scope management, budget estimation, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyse project progress and adjust scope, timelines, and costs when necessary
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
• Prepare and present project progress updates to management on a regular basis

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in the software development industry
• Hands-on experience developing web technologies or software platforms for maximum usability
• Confidence in communicating proactively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changing environments and priorities
• Proficient in Japanese and English
