An international software development company is hiring a Technical Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects from planning to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop high-performing project teams by providing direction and motivation
• Lead cross-functional teams, including technical professionals
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Monitor project progress and adjust scope, timelines, and costs as needed
• Maintain strong communication with client stakeholders on project status and changes
• Apply best practices and industry standards throughout project execution
• Report progress regularly to management to ensure innovation and alignment

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of proven experience in software development with a strong technical background
• Hands-on experience with web technologies or software platforms
• Skilled in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
