プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A renowned technology company is seeking a Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead development projects for web-based products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery through agile methodologies. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate scrum-style development, including schedule and task management
• Create and maintain development roadmaps and plans
• Provide progress reports to management
• Communicate with stakeholders to advance projects, resolve blockers, and handle system issues
• Manage basic budgeting and cost tracking
• Lead and organise internal meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering, or related field
• More than 5 years of project management experience
• More than 3 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
• More than 3 years of experience in PMO (Product Management Office) or a related field
• Experience managing full project lifecycles and working with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Proficient in agile methodologies, preferably Scrum and Kanban
• Skilled in project management tools
• Knowledge of IT systems
• Basic level written and reading Japanese
