ITビジネスプロセスアナリスト/ IT Business Process Analyst

A global sporting goods company is seeking an IT Business Process Analyst. The selected candidate will support ERP operations, enhance business processes, and bridge communication between business and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global production support to maintain and improve ERP for business needs
• Analyse business operations to identify process improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and vice versa
• Prioritise tasks and communicate reasons using an agile approach
• Escalate and resolve high-priority business issues with global support teams
• Support process control activities to meet audit standards and lead ERP-related projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience as business process analyst or apps development
• Experience in ERP implementation project (SAP ECC or R/3)
• Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Proven experience with SAP implementation in SD (Order to Cash)
• Background in middle-sized business application project
• Prior background in other logistics areas (MM or PP) is a preferred
• Proven background in leading mid-sized projects is advantageous
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese
