機能アナリスト/ Functional Analyst

A multinational IT services company is looking for a Functional Analyst (airline/ logistics project). The selected candidate will analyse business processes, gather requirements, and support system testing and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse airline or logistics business processes
• Gather and document detailed business requirements
• Create documentation on business processes and proposed solutions
• Participate in system testing and validation
• Identify and recommend process improvements
• Write test scripts and coordinate offshore test execution

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience as an IT business analyst, consultant, PM, and PMO
• More than 3 years of experience in vendor management as in-house IT
• Experience in global projects is a plus
• Knowledge of airline/ logistics domain is preferred
• Proficient in JAVA, UI, or AWS is a ideal
• Business level English
