テクニカルビジネスアナリスト/ Technical Business Analyst

A renowned telecommunications company is hiring a Technical Business Analyst (Procurement to Pay). The selected candidate will lead end-to-end process optimisation and system enhancement initiatives for procurement operations. This is a hybrid setup and a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document Procurement to Pay (P2P) processes
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Drive procurement process re-engineering aligned with compliance and cost-efficiency goals
• Collaborate with IT teams on procurement system implementation and integration
• Facilitate stakeholder and vendor communications in both Japanese and English
• Manage change activities, including user training and rollout support
• Apply telecom domain expertise to identify innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in Procurement to Pay processes
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and IT system implementation
• Proficient in procurement and ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, or Oracle
• Possess a valid MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP), CBAP, or other relevant certifications preferred
• Fluent level written and reading Japanese and English
