通信エンジニア/ Telecom Engineer

A renowned telecommunications company is seeking a Telecom Engineer. The selected candidate will oversee network performance, drive KPI improvements, and lead troubleshooting activities. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as domain expert, leveraging technical knowledge to assess network performance
• Manage and enhance network KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
• Lead end-to-end troubleshooting and collaborative investigations
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve network quality metrics
• Prepare regular performance reports and executive dashboards
• Evaluate new features and major activities for their impact on KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• More than 8 years of experience in mobile telecom domain
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• Prior IOT experience
• Knowledge of EPC core and 5GSA network elements functions (AMF, SMF, NRF, MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF, DPI, CGNAT, etc.)
• Understanding of 4G, 5G (NSA and SA) networks, specifically the PS core networks
• Familiarity with service based interfaces (Nnrf, Namf, Nsmf, Nausf etc), S5,
  S8, S10, S11, S6a, S1AP, S1U, GTP, and Diameter protocols in addition to Gx , Gy, Rx and Sy interfaces
• Background in signalling flows and protocols
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint
