A multinational financial technology company is seeking a Commercial Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategic sales efforts and manage key financial clients to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify client needs and market opportunities to develop lasting partnerships
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead cross-functional coordination to implement client initiatives
- Serve as the key contact and subject-matter expert for major accounts
- Represent the company at industry events to promote solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated offerings
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
- Coach junior team members and share best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 10 years of sales experience
- More than 3 years in the financial industry
- Proven background in market infrastructure, client relationship management, or consulting
- Proficient in English and Japanese
