ITサポートスーパーバイザー/ IT Support Supervisor

A global investment banking company is looking for a Support Supervisor, IT – APAC. The selected candidate will lead regional IT support operations, oversee service delivery performance, manage escalations and projects, and enhance the end-user technology experience across multiple offices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT support teams while ensuring effective regional support coverage
• Oversee hardware, software, and system support activities and coordinate complex technical issue resolution
• Monitor service desk performance, improve user experience, and drive service quality initiatives
• Manage incident, request, asset, and conference room technology operations to support business needs
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and change management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with security standards while managing stakeholder communications and vendor relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in IT support roles
• More than 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Experience supporting a wide range of hardware, software, and IT systems (Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID)
• Prior experience with IT service management platforms (ServiceNow or other ticketing systems)
• Understanding of networking protocols and basic infrastructure support

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
