アカウントサービスマネージャー/ Account Service Manager

A global IT company is searching for an Account Service Manager. The chosen applicant will build trusted customer relationships, support customer onboarding, and ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives. This is a temp role.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer onboarding and provide support for non-technical issues to ensure a seamless experience
• Develop global relationships with internal cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to become a trusted advisor
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Act as an advocate for customers to ensure account success

Requirements:

• Experience working in a customer-focused, service, or IT industry environment
• Experience with MS Office with a focus on Excel (PivotTable and VLOOKUP)
• Good knowledge and experience with reporting and data collection
• Fluent level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
