インフラスペシャリスト/ Infrastructure Specialist

A global wellness products company is looking for an Infrastructure Specialist. The successful candidate will provide L1/L2 technical support, manage IT infrastructure and end-user devices, administer Active Directory, and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations while collaborating with regional and global IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve L1 and L2 support tickets, escalating to L3 or vendors when required
• Provide hands-on and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Manage the full laptop lifecycle, including procurement coordination, imaging, deployment, maintenance, repairs, and retirement
• Maintain inventory and asset tracking for laptops and other IT equipment
• Roll out laptops and IT equipment for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Support software distribution, updates, and patch management
• Manage Active Directory and Entra ID user accounts, groups, permissions, and group policies
• Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, access management, password resets, and account troubleshooting
• Support server, network, and cloud infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify infrastructure issues
• Maintain backup processes and basic disaster recovery for endpoint and user data
• Manage telecommunications infrastructure, including SIP trunking, carrier coordination, and cloud systems
• Collaborate with US and regional IT teams on support activities, projects, and deployments
• Coordinate ticket handovers across time zones and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders
• Work with vendors on equipment procurement, repairs, and warranty claims
• Maintain documentation for Active Directory, ticket resolution procedures, standard operating procedures, and equipment inventory

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or infrastructure roles at the L1/L2 level
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory
• Experience managing laptop deployment, imaging, and asset tracking
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and macOS
• Strong experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Halo
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Familiarity with VoIP and telephony systems
