ソリューションアーキテクト/ Solutions Architect

A multinational enterprise software company is looking for a Solutions Architect. The successful candidate will design scalable enterprise solutions, advise customers on technical strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support cloud-first innovation throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of enterprise solutions across target industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and distribution
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and innovative solution architectures
• Act as a strategic advisor to customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop value propositions, RFP and RFI responses, executive presentations, and strategic workshops
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and provide architectural guidance
• Define and maintain architectural best practices and design patterns aligned with the company’s technology strategy
• Partner with Product Management and R&D teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback and industry trends
• Support the delivery of secure, scalable, and value-driven cloud solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect
• Experience with ERP implementations
• Experience in client-facing roles, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and pre-sales activities
• Ability and willingness to travel more than 30-40% of work time
• Business level English; native level Japanese (JLPT N1)

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of manufacturing industries, particularly discrete manufacturing
• Knowledge of industrial machinery
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of automotive and automotive parts industries
