エンタープライズアーキテクト/ Enterprise Architect

An international SaaS company is hiring an Enterprise/Platform Architect. The selected candidate will drive technical and solution engagement with clients, delivering impactful demos, trials, and workshops to support the sales process. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical aspects of the AI customer engagement alongside sales and product teams
• Deliver compelling technical demos, workshops, and customer trials
• Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions and define scoping plans
• Collaborate with Pre and Post Sales to ensure smooth transitions for customers
• Influence product development through solution scoping and feedback
• Provide technical consultation on APIs, SaaS platforms, and automation solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience selling, implementing, or consulting on Mid-Market/Enterprise software solutions
• Experience in CRM, contact centre, or employee service solutions
• Prior consulting and customer journey mapping experience preferred
• Proficient in SaaS applications, APIs, scripting technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and customer service platforms like Salesforce
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English
